520 _aThis study explores and documents the historical narratives of Goa, Camarines Sur during the Japanese Occupation from 1942 to 1945, with emphasis on the political, economic, social, cultural, and educational impacts of the era. Utilizing a qualitative historical research design, the study employed descriptive methods, including oral history interviews and document analysis, to gather and interpret data. Ten key informants, composed of war veterans, retired government employees, guerrilla affiliates, and local residents, were purposively selected based on their firsthand experiences during the occupation. Data were collected through unstructured interviews guided by validated questionnaires and supported by archival sources such as photographs, memoirs, and wartime records. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns and themes from the collected narratives.
